This hotel is located in the heart of a charming historic town, with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants within easy reach. the breakfast offered in the nearby cafe is a delicious buffet with many options. Guests can enjoy a spacious and clean room with comfortable bedding. the service from the staff is attentive and friendly.
One aspect that could be improved is the check-in procedure, which could be more welcoming.

Great location in the heart of the town, close to restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk everywhere. the room was cozy and warm, perfect for a winter holiday. the breakfast offered a good selection of food and was delicious.
Our experience was marred by the rude reception we received upon arrival. the staff seemed uninterested in assisting us and made us feel unwelcome.

The accommodation was spacious, homely, and clean. The buffet breakfast offered lots of choices, with indoor and outdoor seating available.
As the hotel is situated in the pedestrian area, it was quite noisy on Saturday night, making it difficult to sleep, but it was okay with the windows closed. The check-in process was unpleasant, as the staff had a dismissive attitude towards guests and seemed to prioritize German-speaking guests.
